Policy of IZOVAC Ltd. in field of quality declares, that when creating and promoting unique ion-beam and thin film sputtering technologies in industrial applications, as well as products on their basis, we are striving to gain recognition and reputation on the international market of thin-film technologies.

The wish to confirm our reputation as a reliable and responsible business partner, who is constantly striving for self-perfection and improvement of its relations with clients, in 2003 has led to setting up and certification of Quality Management System (QMS). Certification was made by experts of Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI).

In the years of 2004 and 2005 supervising audits by BVQI were carried out, and QMS was improved.

In 2005 IZOVAC Ltd. was reorganized and new structural departments in charge of design and manufacture of certain products were set up. In this connection in 2006 QMS was re-certified accounting for new organizational structure and interrelation of processes approach, and taking into account principles of economical production system.

Evaluation of the degree of economical production implementation in compliance with standard SAE J 4001 of Directions for introduction of economical production shows that in practice components of all six economical production elements are implemented with larger or lesser number of insufficient discrepancies.

Systems of quality management and economical production match and supplement each other. Moreover, QMS proved to be the basis for realizing sufficiently large number of economical production components, and with much less effort and within shorter time, implementing the remaining ones.

During 2008, in the company have been developed and implemented the corporate project management system (CPMS). All the leaders of the  «Izovac» Ltd. passed training in the use of this system, a set of organizational, methodological, technical, software and information tools aimed at supporting and improving planning processes and project management. Work is currently under way in the mini-project «The full implementation of CPMS in symbiosis with the QMS of company».

In June 2009 the company have passed re-certification audit and confirmed compliance with the QMS «Izovac» Ltd. the new requirements of ISO 9001 version 2008. In doing so, we confirmed that we will:

- Manage the process to the outsourcing of quality products

- Include information systems infrastructure company, and manages within the QMS

- Manage the competencies of staff, directly or indirectly affect the quality of the product

- Regularly reviewing the impact of implemented corrective and preventive actions

- Implement new requirements and other standards.
