The system of optical spectral control, manufactured for our enterprise, has been tested successfully. Sputtering processes conducted confirmed parameters downloaded in the system: accuracy of achieving operation points, required spectral coefficients. The system is very compact , convenient in operation, allows to see sputtering results at once and allows to correct the process. We are happy to get acquainted with IZOVAC and look forward to future cooperation.
