The present level of technology and technological development involves the use of increasingly complex optical multilayer coatings. An increasing number of layers, growing demands on the accuracy of their applica­tion. Currently, there are no problems to calculate, design the cover of any complexity - for that you can use the powerful and effective software, including, and domestic companies. At the same time, the possibility of produc­ing these coatings domestic enterprises lags far behind foreign ones. This is largely due to the shortcomings of optical systems of control and manual control optical multilayer coatings.

In «Izovac» Co Ltd. developed the original automatic control system applying multilayer coatings for opti­cal control. The system allows you to manage application as quarter-wave-length and not quarter-wave-length structures (including the use of thin layers) with high accuracy and reproducibility. Examples of recipes and the results of the coating are expounded. In 2010 the system will be delivered in the equipment «Izovac» for optical coatings («Aspira», «Ortus»). The system can be installed on existing equipment through the adaptation and modernization of established systems of management and optical control.
