Izovac Ltd. has completed installation of the vacuum vertical in-line machine of the pass-through type on the customer’s territory in China. The equipment is used for deposition the double-side Nb₂O₅ and SiO₂ coating  with the dimensions of 1150x1350 mm (substrate G5+). This equipment is  applied for iPad production.
