Izovac Co. has completed installation of the first vacuum vertical in-line machine of the pass-through type on the customer’s territory in China. The equipment is intended for application of a double-sided SiO2 layer onto glass substrates. In future these coated glass are to be used in a new generation sensor screens for mobile communicators and PDA.
