LAMER is a desktop instrument. Spectrophotometers LAMER are highly efficient tools for comprehensive research of parts in optical production laboratories. Series LAMER allows to measure spectral characteristics of reflection and transmission of plane-parallel optical parts and coatings on them at different angles.
Application
- Measurement of spectra of multi-layer optical coatings in UV, visible, IR-ranges:
- measurement of plane-parallel parts
- measurement of reflection and transmission within range of angles 8° - 60°
- measurement of absolute reflection factor
- Analysis of thin-film structures:
- computation of integral reflection or transmission factor value within specified spectral range
- determination of chromaticity coordinates
- Calculation of film thickness, refraction index, absorption coefficient
Merits:
- High accuracy and stability of measurements
Correction filters and up-to-date signal processing system allow to have maximum signal/noise ratio within the whole spectral interval. Double monochromator allows to get scattered light level at least 0.001%.
- Checking spectrophotometer calibration
Spectrophotometer is complete with radiation source Hg-Ar for checking instrument calibration.
- Orientation towards comprehensive research
Original design of stage for placing samples for measurement allows to make measurements of transmission and reflection spectra within range of 0° - 60° (reflection 8° - 60°) with step 1°. Installed depolarizer allows to compensate for polarization from diffraction grids. Polarizers provide measurement of spectra in polarized light. Instrument software includes spectra libraries for different types of glass. Parameters n, k, d, chromaticity coordinates and integral parameters are calculated by measured spectrum. The program supports formats of spectra files for programs ML, Optilayer and text /table files. Plots can be printed out.
