Modern demand for precision optical coatings requires the use of not only specific technological solutions, but quite often combination of different sputtering technologies together with spectral control means. In close cooperation with leading researchers of optical coatings in Russia, IZOVAC has developed most up-to-date plant X-150 for solution of optical tasks of highest complexity.
Purpose:
- Production of highly stable precision coatings for laser and special use (narrow band filters, highly reflective mirrors, multi-wave spectrum dividers, current-conductive coatings, etc.)
Fields of application:
- Laser optics;
- Specialized equipment;
- Research tools;
- Medicine instruments;
- Space application devices.
Features:
- The use of ion-beam and magnetron sputtering allows to conduct reactive and non-reactive processes in any sequence;
- Preliminary preparation of substrate using ion cleaning technology provides high degree of adhesion;
- Six positions of targets give coatings with any set of layers;
- Built-in optical control allows to measure characteristics of an article in different ranges (200 - 1700 nm, 2000 - 5000 nm);
- The use of turbo molecular or cryogenic pumps, as well as minimization of friction pairs in the vacuum chamber, provide the best conditions for deposition of coatings with low level of defects;
- Sputtering zone of 150 mm is sufficient to get most of precision coatings.
