Development of any process technology starts with task analysis. To this end, we use world patent developments and great practical and theoretical experience accumulated by personal of our company.
Presently, the company is engaged in the development of deposition of protective, current-conducting, blooming coatings in visible and IR ranges, as well as optical filters of different functional application.
Development of any process technology includes:
- design and evaluation of deposited coating
- selection of deposition method;
- design of new, or use of already existing vacuum equipment model;
- completing this equipment with necessary technological systems and devices;
- development of technological rigging;
- software development;
- production of experimental samples.
On top of that, IZOVAC carries out installation and commissioning of the equipment at customer’s premises, trains customer’s personnel in running the installed equipment, performs guarantee and post-guarantee servicing. On customer’s request earlier developed technology can be updated and modernized by using the latest developments in the field.
